NDIS REFERRAL FORM

Nimisha graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine from the Western Sydney University. Since then, she has gained experience working across numerous fields in podiatry and providing the best care for all her patients. These include geriatric, NDIS, DVA and paediatric patients across western Sydney in aged care facilities and private practices.

Her main goal as a clinician is to prioritise patient goals, and provide evidence-based management plans to optimise positive patient outcomes. Nimisha believes patient education and shared decision making is extremely important in a clinical setting to provide great patient satisfaction.

When she isn't working, she loves spending time with her family, going to the gym, cooking and travelling.
